Summer Nights

Don't panic! I'm still here! I've just been very lazy with the blogging lately. Who wouldn't be with the weather we've had? And to celebrate here are my "Summer Nights" nails.

I'm sorry I haven't been around a bit more but I've had a bit of a laziness spell when it's come to nails. In fact I've had these on my nails for about a week now which is unheard of!

They were pretty much a quick fix too, I was going out and thought I wanted something summery to match an orange dress I bought, which later turned out to be disgusting on. Anyway. So I only really had about half an hour to do these and it was pretty much a slap dash, whack as many similar colours on as you can kind of thing.

I'm sure you can probably tell that because of the paint still lurking on my skin.

I think the base colour was Barry M - Peach Melba but don't quote me on that as it was so long ago (WORST BLOGGER EVER).

Then I've used a little yellow acrylic paint, a yellow nail art pen which I got from Accessorize, and the lighter yellow colour was done with a Models Own nail art pen. In fact all of the other colours, gold, black and white were Models Own nail art pens.

I then of course topped it off with a coat of Seche Vite which consequently smudged the pattern. STUPID TOP COATS!
